Recorded using a Fractal Audio AXE FX II guitar effect unit run into a yamaha 01v96 mixing desk into a M audio 192 audiophile soundcard and recorded using steinberg nuendo 4, eastwest vsts, and addictive drums using Ibanez Jem 7VWH and Status Graphite Kingbass artist guitars.
Continuing with odd time signatures, this offering is in 7/4 timing then am not entirely sure about the timing of the 2nd part ! I'd had the guitar opening line in my head for years and never did anything with it until now as I couldnt work out the time signature ! Programming the drums was fun. I had a MIDI grid and had to disect it at 1/32 quantitisation ( sp ) as am so used to working in 3/4 + 4/4 timing with 3 or 4 MIDI blocks to fill at a time, but it's fun to think outside the box sometimes ! 4 soundtracks in 5 days. It's been an inspirational week for sure.
Very different to my usual stuff and I had so much fun making it.
