This soundtrack is like the Pink Panther vs James Bond. Cars chases, explosions, gadgets, beautiful women and of course the bad guy ! Our hero is being chased across town by agents, police wondering why they hell they are all chasing him hence " It wasnt me ! "
I tried using less modern guitar tones and thick basslines driven by busy drums to see if I could mix lively with laid back. I padded it out without cello's, choirs and other things that should sound out of place but ( to me anyway ! ) dont.
It alternates between slap bass and fingerpicked bass playing and the lead guitar follows a basic melody leading to a more adventurous break building up to the ending where the victorious hero speeds off into the sunset leaving the bad guys far behind.
